Why it is not possible to send a support ticket by email?
In page http://www.deepburner.com/help_files/ht ... urner_pro/ ("Contact" line) it is told that an email can be sent to <ma@deepburner.com>, and in some webpages of DeepBurner it is also told that the email should be sent to <support@deepburner.com> if needed technical help that can not be found in FAQ's or forum.
But I have tried to send an email to both addresses, and .... both addresses bounces the emails.
Do we only have now this forum to ask for help?.
What should we do when the answer to a problen cant be found in this forum or in the FAQ's?.
