Create multisession disk, Append session, No multisession?

What are the benefits of it? Is it only for Rewritable media?

Ok I use DVD+R what type of Multisession should I put it on should it be Create multisession disk, Append session, No multisession I have no clue ?

Just use the "no multisession" mode if you aren't sure which option to choose. Append session is for appending new sessions to multisession disks.
