Error Installing DeepDVD Movie

I downloaded DeepDVD Movie to evaluate it for my rather modest needs (creating DVDs from my home video camera) because I love the deepburner and deepRipper programs. However while installing on my new windows XP Pro SP2 machine with admin privilages, I reach a point where the installer pops up and says "Regerstering COM Servers..." It then brings up an error window with the following text:

Cannot Register "C:\Program Files\AstonSoft\DeepDVD Movie\DVDAuthoringProject\vsicommpgenc.dll

Does anybody have a solution to this problem or know what's causing it?

Same problem here - can't register C:\Program Files\AstonSoft\DeepDVD Movie\DVDAuthoringProject\vsicommpgenc.dll

using Windows XP Professional with SP3

I dont have a capture card - im tryin to install on my laptop just to make dvd's with video files that are already on my hard drive - i wouldn't think the capture card is your problem . . .
