Smarter updates

need smarter updates so to the normal user, it's not about overwriting the files and worrying sth might happen.

In this case we'll need to create a new module that could perform this task. This, again, will increase the program's size. We'll think about it and maybe find some rational solution. Thanks.

Seems like bloat to me. I'd rather see the developers work on something useful, like finalizing multisession CD's.
