Burned DVD has 1 less file than source folder

Hi

I am using DeepBurner to backup my work files. I love it and it is very fast. However, I don't know if I have a problem.

The folder on my hard drive that I am saving has 964 file in it. But when I burn this folder to a DVD, the DVD only has 963 files. Am I doing something wrong ? or is there an explanation for this.
