installing DBPro on new PC

I purchased DBPro with the extended download service last year, and have been using it on my desktop computer. I recently purchased a new laptop computer, and would like to install the software there since the laptop will be my main computer.

I have the receipt from my purchase. It includes my order number, which I think is my license number. How do I proceed?
