where's the documentation?

Where the documentation for working with films? By trial and error I managed to bring some .avi files and burn a dvd. But it's not intuitive! And I lost the 16x9 aspect ratio of my avi's. The program help does not cover working with films. I I can't find a help file for DeepDVD Movie on the website
